Instructions for presenters

Instructions for Presentations:

• The presenters will have to be in the room 20 minutes before each session and upload their presentation in the computer of the room. The session chair and volunteer will help you. 

• Recorded video presentation for oral sessions and PDF of poster will be available in EDAS during the conference and for the next three months. Please note that the authors should upload an appropriate presentation (video or poster) to EDAS no later than March 14th. • Authors not able to join will have the possibility of presenting their papers on-line: links will be sent to all the authors before the presentation.

• Also, some elements will be in hybrid format: opening ceremony, keynote, invited speakers, some industrial workshops, some oral sessions and closing ceremony will be offered also by streaming for the virtual attendees.

• The short courses (on Friday April 1st) will have a virtual format.

If you will be presenting remotely you should notify us on EDAS by March 21. Please download the "Instructions for remote presentation" below to see how to do this.
